Audra has always had a passion for helping others and is thrilled to be in a field where science meets intuition and art. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, her massage is custom catered to meet the needs of each person, working together to create treatment plans that aim to accomplish short and long-term goals. As an LMT, she admires the way massage can create mind-body connections: treating physical pain, promoting mental wellness, and the power of healing touch. While she specializes in finding trigger points and deep pressure, massage does not have to be painful to be effective. Each massage is unique and addresses what the body needs in each session. Audra enjoys incorporating essential oils, cupping, and hot stones as needed or desired into massage. The body is talking, and all we have to do is listen!

Audra is absolutely incredible, she is very friendly and professional, and amazing at her job. She does a great job of making the experience very relaxing, even if you are experiencing some pain, have knots that need to be worked out, etc. - I have had multiple sessions with her and they have all been wonderful.

10 out of 5. She's amazing!!! I struggle with chronic joint pain (M, 40) from years of sports and adrenaline-fueled activities. Knee, elbow, ankle, and shoulder. They're all kept to a dull roar - easily tolerated after years of pain. Oh, and she's great to talk to, as well. I swear, she's like a therapist for the mind just as much for the body. We clearly differ politically, and in a world that seems to be splitting further and further apart, it's refreshing to have a conversation with someone with respect and of a different perspective. She's truly amazing and I will continue to see her - although she reminds me not to wait too long between sessions. Haha
